Virtual Design and Modeling
We understand the critical nature of technology in the delivery of highly effective and well coordinated systems. Our experienced VDC professionals, many with field experience, are equipped with software and training to collaborate seamlessly with the most advanced project design teams in the industry. Our primary tools include: Revit with SysQue, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
Mechanical Engineering
Our in-house licensed mechanical engineers are experienced in design-build and design-assist projects. The engineering team supports projects through all phases of construction; from conception to pre-construction, design, fabrication, and commissioning. At Stirrett Johnsen our engineers aren’t hidden behind layers of bureaucracy but put on the front line providing creative results-based solutions with a hands on approach to project design.
Prefabrication and Spooling
Through innovation and the latest industry tools our team delivers accurate and coordinated VDC documents to support the spooling, prefabrication, and installation effort. It's not uncommon for Stirrett Johnsen's prefabrication efforts to account for over 40% of a job's total labor. This results in fabricated assemblies accurate to the fraction of an inch; providing a perfect fit in the field and a reduced job-site footprint.

WELD CERTIFICATIONS
Backed up by state approved QA/QC programs, Stirrett Johnsen produces welds using customized in-house weld procedures and industry-leading welders approved by third party certified welding inspectors.
